Meet Dr. Macy McElwaney, a local with a passion for dentistry

Born and raised just a mile from her new practice, Dr. Macy McElwaney is proud to serve the South Tampa community she’s always called home. Her journey into dentistry began with a love of both science and art, dentistry, for her, is the perfect blend of the two. She attended St. Mary's Episcopal Day School and H.B. Plant High School before earning her BS in Biology and a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership from the University of Florida. After completing her dental degree at LECOM School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Macy spent the past five years honing her skills and serving patients with empathy and creativity.

Dr. Macy is known for her ability to connect with patients on a personal level and loves treatments that deliver big results, like crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions. Every day brings something a little different, and she truly believes dentistry can feel a lot like arts and crafts.
